🎯 What You'll Own
- Lead Generation Strategy: Own and execute the roadmap for predictable inbound lead generation across all key channels (AI and Google SEO, YouTube, LinkedIn, Email, and Partnerships).
- Content & SEO: Scale our organic growth machine. Keyword strategy, content ops, link building, and video SEO are second nature to you.
- Outbound Campaigns: Build lead automation systems (cold email, LinkedIn outreach) integrated with tools like N8N, PhantomBuster, Apollo, etc.Landing Page & Product Sales Marketing Direction
- Conversion Optimization: Optimize the funnel from website traffic to SQLs to product demo to closed deal.
- AI & Automation: - Leverage and integrate AI tools to enhance growth loops (e.g., using N8N, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Notion API, Webhooks, etc.).
- Analytics & Attribution: Own the marketing stack. Set up analytics dashboards and use insights to continuously improve CAC, LTV, and funnel performance.
- YouTube & Video: Build a scalable YouTube content strategy (with or without your face on camera), including shorts, explainers, and webinars.
- Team Building: Over the next 12–24 months, build and lead a high-performance growth team (paid acquisition, content, SEO, automation).

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- VERY Organized and data driven5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a focus on early-stage growth
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven success in owning lead generation and SEO strategies
- Experience using N8N, Zapier, Make.com, or similar no-code tools to build marketing automations
- Comfortable running outbound + inbound strategies side by side
- Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, and lead conversion
- Familiarity with marketing stacks like Webflow, HubSpot, Segment, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in real estate, proptech, or finance
- Experience producing or scaling a YouTube channel
- Managed or hired freelancers/agencies across SEO, content, or paid channels
- Deep technical understanding of AI tools setup and efficiency
