WHY WE BUILT CACTUS
Commercial real estate underwriting is still too manual.
CRE teams still spend too much time moving between OMs, rent rolls, T-12s, leases, lender materials, Excel models, market data tools, and internal templates.
The work is critical, but too much of it is repetitive and difficult to audit. We built Cactus so teams can spend less time copying numbers and more time evaluating assumptions, risks, markets, returns, and decisions.
